What is the leasing process for property owners?

Austays will generate a master lease that allows the lessee to control and sublease a property while the owner retains legal ownership. Austays will act as the lessee, subleasing to high-quality clients. Multi-year leases (2+ years are preferred). Our agreements typically last for a specified term, but it can be adjusted to meet your needs.

How are our properties monitored?

There will be cameras installed at all external entrances. We use top-notch noise surveillance technology to prevent any neighborhood disturbances. Automatic door locks send and reset custom codes for each new check-in.

What if a guest damages my home?

We select the best occupants under our high-standard screening process. However, if anything happens, Austays will cover the maintenance and costs of minor damages. We hire a millionaire insurance policy to cover any potential liability or damage.


What are the requirements from the guests that stay at my home?

100% of our clients must sign and an agreement to adhere to our housing rules. Any violation will result of immediate eviction. We ensure quite hours policy, smoking is strictly prohibited both inside and outside of the property. Events, parties, or business gatherings are not allowed. We love pets, however, for our guests and property owners convenience, we have a no pet policy. *Service animals are allowed due to federal guidelines.

How do I know that my property is well-maintained?

We conduct regular property inspections to ensure everything is in order.

How do I receive my rental income?

We setup your most convenient payment method. We can schedule checks, deposits, or wire transfers. The payment is sent once a month on the agreed date as per the lease agreement.
